whenever i am this much away from my blog, it means i have a job. i am a freelancer and having a job normally means i work 12 hours a day, not to mention that i probably work the other 12 hours too. and whenever i have a free days: i sleep, visit my parents or meet friends or just... stare into things.
and lately, i have been occupied 24/7.
what else happened in this month? my
silent blog has been nominated 'liebster award' - favourite by Valentina (
studio trinajst) and Ana (
talking to vulcano). thanks to ladies for this award, though i think this is more an award for being a friend than for a favourite blog. therefore, to continue this tradition, i would like to nominate these blogs:
tea&hana at
pitypartyforlesspopular
petra at
forpeetssake
nikolina&urska at
thewaywemissedfashion
jessica at
jessicacomingore
mads at
anabundanceof
as valentina said, there are rules:
'The rules for accepting this award are:
You need to thank the person who gave you the award and link back to their blog. Post the award onto your blog. Give the award to five bloggers who you appreciate that have fewer than 200 followers. Leave a comment on their blog letting them know that you have given them this awesome award!
Next you need to PAY IT FORWARD!'
of course - i read these blogs on regular basis and are my favourite. i don't really care if they have more than 200 followers. i love them.
ok, what else? i turned 30 at the beginning of march. i turned 30. i turned thirty. that means i can sit in a rocking chair and start telling you things that happened in my life, so you could learn from my experiences. i have memories of passed times that seem that never really happened - times when there was still no internet and cell phones looked like a luggage to capri for few days.
ok, kidding. i like my age. i am aware of the whole process and to live means dying. and to live means to gain experiences. i guess.
and a friend of mine, who was also nominated 'upstairs', tagged me on her blog. i get to answer questions she asked:
when was the last time you did something for the first time? What was it?
- last time i drank my coffee before eating my breakfast, which was incredible. i've never done anything like that before, because i love my rituals, but this one was something else. i might keep it like this. i mean - i might drink my coffee before brushing my teeth first, too, but... that would be just silly, don't you think so? i mean - you need to know how to get out of your comfort zone, but sometimes enough is enough...
when and where were you the farthest from home (give miles/kilometers)?
- in 2009 i had a business trip to killadoon, co. mayo in ireland. 2936 km from my home. that place over there is a-mah-zing!
where were you and what were you doing on Tuesday, March 26, at 11 a.m.?
- working, probably. wait... yes, working. i was waiting for my boss outside of her place, to take her to the office. i am a taxi-secretary, but luckily for one more day. after that i quit this job and start working at another, less disrespectful job. hopefully less disrespectful. :)
what are you wearing at this very moment? the truth. and no running to the closet and changing either.
- i am wearing a black t-shirt, black sweatpants, mustard yellow socks, gray cardigan AND gray jumper. it's 3:30 and i am still in my morning mood. and looking good.
skinny dipping - for or against?
- i don't see the reason against it. i mean - boobies levitating in the sea is something everybody should experience.
cats or dogs?
- cats. and dogs. and unicorns. but i have the most honest meltdown with my three cats.
if you had to choose, would you rather be completely blind or completely deaf?
- i'd just rather stay completely stupid instead.
do you fold or scrunch your toilet paper?
- gosh, this is complex question - i usually scrunch it, but then i press it to my thigh, so it feels folded.
if you could switch bodies with a famous person for a day, who would you switch with and why?
-yuri gagarin. i would choose a day, when he stepped on a moon. because. of. that.
what's your mother tongue and which foreign languages do you speak?
- my mother tongue is slovene, but i am fluent in english, serbo-croatian and czech. i understand italian, but i have few issues with that language. i also understand slovakian. slow slovakian.
if you could have a super power, which super power would you choose to have?
- night vision. because my life wouldn't change a bit because of it.
my questions:
- your favourite online store and why?
- what do you hate buying the most?
- what thing on your bucket list would you like to right now?
- what's your favourite word in general?
- what's your favourite curse word?
- what's your favourite occupation on free days?
- if you were to work in circus, what would be your speciality?
- if you were to write a book, what would be the title and what would be the genre?
- what's your totem animal?
- recipe for your favourite meal...
- men - with moustaches or without them?
